What's Hidden Beneath The Surface?

What's Hidden Beneath The Surface?

A First Look Inside Our Exhibit – Echoes: Isolation Inside Out

Free Virtual Event Happening On Friday, September 30th - 7pm EST

All of us carry internal echoes that reverberate within our souls–

Echoes of beliefs, values, and thoughts driven throughout our lives that impact us

And in turn, impact our connections and experiences with all that we come across.

When we begin to cultivate awareness around our internal echoes, we have the power to transform how we show up for ourselves, for one another and for the world.

What is included in this one-hour event?

  • A preview of our exhibit filled with inspiring expression and provoking introspection.

  • This includes an intimate glimpse into the experimental short film, ‘inSANE’, created by ‘My Story, My Voice 2.0’ Cohort Alum, Alexandra Bernal. In it, she provides a unique, evocative lens, inviting us to feel her battle with mental health.

  • Q&A with Alexandra Bernal, highlighting the significance of sharing and talking about what we go through in recognition of Suicide Awareness Month.

  • Guided visualization and meditation to spark awareness of our internal echoes and what we carry into our connection with others.

Join us for this exclusive and impactful online event leading up to our FULL exhibit launch to come soon. Can’t wait to see you on September 30th!
