Embracing Creative Connection

Our first IN-PERSON event led and guided by artists, coaches, spiritual mentors and mental health experts including Madi Dangerously, Jack Farrell, Noor Pinna, Kristin Colaneri, Lindsey Sherwin and Jamie Lazan.

This event included…

  • Expressive Art Therapy Activities with storytelling, Labon Technique, sound healing, poetry, and movement

  • Creative play and freedom of expression

  • Sharing Circle and Open Mic

  • Holistic Healing through immersive sound bath, nourishing food, and inspired conversation

  • Screening of our short film “Returning Home” with a talkback panel centered on the creative process. Further discussion includes: creating from vulnerability, using art proactively to process feelings, and the subjective experience of art.
