“Creativity is the way I share my soul with the world.”
When we feel safe enough to truly let down our guard and express ourselves, we invite others into our world. This deepens our connections, awakens our purpose, and allows us to share our unique gifts.
As Natalie Rogers writes in Creative Connection, the creative process begins with self-expression and progresses towards meaningfully connecting with others and the world.
Here, we believe creativity and play are universal love languages for connecting us in our collective human experience.
Welcome to a space for creative exploration, story-sharing and unlocking authentic, empathetic connection.
Hi! I’m Jamie ~ founder of The Human Arts Collective
-
With a background in Human Services, Trauma and Resilience-Informed Creative Arts Therapy, Embodied Leadership, and Storytelling across multiple mediums, I am passionate about designing and facilitating creative processes that support self-expression, connection, and unlocking unique, creative talents and potential.
I work with adults and children in both group settings and 1:1, teaching, art-making, building community, directing creative projects, and facilitating expressive arts events, meditations, and story exploration. I enjoy nature walks, writing poetry, traveling, and spending time dancing and playing with my loved ones.
Bringing my inner child, lifelong student, and compassionate teacher to the table, I am excited to meet the many parts of you and welcome you to The Human Arts Collective.
